We will discuss how to begin the search function to help youdetermine the properties to use in your CMA for your sellers by utilizing themapping feature and walk through the steps in the CMA wizard, pages that can beadded to the CMA, uploading your own custom documents and creating a CMAspecific to your clients needs by customizing their presentation. We willdiscuss adjustments and how they are made and see examples of past appraisalsto give you more insight for your CMA presentation to your sellers.
