This class is the National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Update Course, as developed by the Appraisal Foundation. The course focuses on changes to USPAP and on appraisal issues that affect daily appraisal practice. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 8 hours of Appraisal and Real Estate continuing education. Due to the requirement of the materials the fees will be $225 for Appraiser and $160 for Real Estate. the materials will be given out at the class.
