SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) Designation - 2 Day - MAR
The 2-day SRES Designation course seeks to instill knowledge and understanding of and empathy for 50+ real estate clients and customers. The goal of the Senior Real Estate Specialist is to help 50+ consumers make wise decisions about selling the family home, age appropriate financing, buying rental property or owning real estate. This course will assist REALTORS in navigating their clients through the transitions in relation to housing choices.
This course is pending approval by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 12 Continuing Education credits.
