Sept 20 Full Day Module & Ethics - WCAR
2018/2019 Required Module: Risk Management
This course is designed to explore agencyissues, disclosure requirements, negotiation issues, cancellation concerns,contracts and contingencies and will provide guidance on reducing riskliability exposure. (This Module Also Satisfies the 1-Hour Broker ModuleRequirement.)
This course is pending approval with the MNCommissioner of Commerce for 3.75 real estate continuing education credits.
Pathways to Professionalism-Code of Ethics
Many changes have occurred over the years and will continueto change as does the modern-day consumer. It is my intention to update theindustry as to how the code applies to the modern-day buyers and sellers in ourmarket place.
This course satisfies the NAR Code of Ethics requirement forthe Cycle 5 January 1, 2017 – December 31, 2018.
This
course has been approved by the MNCommissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.
