Real Estate Safety Matters - SPAAR
This one-hour course will instill safety awareness and habits in real estate professionals. They will learn methods for averting or responding to dangerous situations they—and the consumer clients and customers they serve—may encounter when practicing their profession.
Attendees will learn safe practices for showing properties, conducting open houses, meeting with prospective clients, using social media and smart phone technologies and protecting personal data. They will also learn how to quickly assess a potentially dangerous situation and take appropriate action. Lastly, the class will also identify safety tools and resources real estate professionals can use to implement their own safety best practices.
This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 1.0 hour of credit toward continuing Real Estate education requirements.
