Professionalism: Code of Ethics 2019/20 Course Description
Being a professional is more than dressing the part or just showing homes. Professionalism and ethical behavior are crucial in real estate. Real estate agents run a business and represent all of their fellow agents as well as their brokers in the industry. We will cover professionalism, ethics, and best business practices when working with buyers and sellers. Through the explanation of the code of ethics, enforcement of the code, case studies, and in real life examples we will address how the agent can best serve their clients both ethically and professionally.
This course satisfies the NAR Code of Ethics Requirement for the cycle that runs January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2020.
This course has been approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education
