Environmental Topics for Realtors & Appraisers
This course is a 4 hour class on environmental topics relevant to REALTORS and APPRAISERS. Presenters from University of Minnesota, Washington County, St Croix River Association, and East Metro Water Resource Education Program will cover topics including ground water and wells, septic systems, healthy homes and radon. This course is being offered at a discounted rate of $30 with support from Washington County and St Croix River Association. Attendees will receive 4.0 hours of real estate or appraiser continuing education, approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
