The Art of Negotiation - MAAR

This course focuses on understanding the realities of negotiation and how they relate in single agency and disclosed dual agency relationshipsParticipants will better understand the law of agency and implication in the negotiation process and will be able to successfully negotiate for clients and with customers in real estate transactions.  

This course has been approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 3.0  hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.
