Realist Tax Intro - SPAAR

Realist Tax Intro is designed to introduce REALTORS® to the tax database in NorthstarMLS. This class covers the basic features every Realist user should know to use this software proficiently. REALTORS® will gain a better understanding on how to use the Realist Tax Database to provide a level of service and knowledge to their clients and customers.

This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 2.0 hours of credit toward Continuing Real Estate Education requirements.
Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours (MN Statute 45.30 Subd.4a). Students are required to sign-in prior to class start to receive continuing education credits.
