7/1/18-6/30/19 SALESPERSON and BROKER REQUIRED MODULE Risk Management - MAR
Today's complex real estate transactions are full of challenges and expose licensees to a number of high areas of risk. This course is designed to explore agency issues, disclosure requirements, negotiation issues, cancellation concerns, contracts and contingencies and will provide guidance on reducing risk liability exposure.
*Class held at Maple Grove Community Center in Maple Grove, MN
This course is required for all real estate sales-persons and brokers by June 30, 2019.
