Washington County Environmental Topics - SPAAR
This four-hour class provides an overview of selected environmental topics that are of interest to realtors, including groundwater and wells, septic systems, and healthy homes/household hazardous waste. A regulatory overview for each area identifies relevant state and local statutes and ordinances. Students will learn about resources, websites and contact information that will help them as they guide sellers and buyers through these topics.
This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 4.0 hours of credit toward Continuing Real Estate Education requirements.
Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours (MN Statute 45.30 Subd.4a). Students are required to sign-in prior to class start to receive continuing education credits.
