Bio

I have been a licensed REALTOR for over 18 years and have earned the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) designation, as well as the ePRO and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certifications. I serve the Twin Cities metro area, specializing in residential housing to help both Buyers and Sellers to achieve their Real Estate goals.

I grew up in Brooklyn Center and now reside in Brooklyn Park with my wife Staci and our two children. After graduating from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Marketing, and working in sales, I found my true passion was helping meeting client's needs. As a lifelong resident of the northern suburbs, I have intimate knowledge of the area and am very familiar with the surrounding suburbs including Champlin, Osseo, Maple Grove, Coon Rapids, and Blaine. It's not the same everywhere, so you need an agent like myself that you can trust for up-to-date, localized information. I use the latest technology to sell your house fast and locate your next dream home. I am eager to serve you, let's get you moving!

Find Your Next Home
Buying a home can be exciting and scary at the same time. You need a REALTOR who knows the area you want to live inside and out! I will work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home.

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will market your home, show to qualified, prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
