How Big Is That House - WCAR
HOW BIG IS THAT HOUSE? USING ANSI Z765-2013. By Discrepancies in size are one of the major complaints against appraisers, particularly for E&O claims. The value of a residential property is often directly related to its size, and there are other real estate professionals, besides appraisers, who rely on accurate size calculations, including real estate agents and assessors. This course provides an overview of ANSI Z765-2013 and how it can be applied by a real estate professional, including in-class calculation examples. Approved by Minnesota Dept of Commerce for 4 hours of Appraisal and Real Estate Continued Education.
