Lone Wolf Transactions zipForm Edition 

As of January 1, 2023, Minnesota Realtors® is offering a new membership benefit—you can now access MNR forms via Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition).  

PLEASE NOTE: To access Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition), your broker must have a zipForm account. If your broker does not have a zipForm account, one can be created by clicking on the button below. Additionally, transactions created in Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition) are only accessible through Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition). Transactions created in Lone Wolf Transactions (Transaction Desk) are not accessible through Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition).
